3 Common Negative Beliefs That Cause Anxiety

Anxiety is one of the most common mental health concerns in the United States.

According to the National Alliance of Mental Health, over 40 million adults in the U.S. (19.1%) have an anxiety disorder. And 7% of children aged 3-17 also experience issues with anxiety each year.

 → Restlessness or irritability

 → Anticipating the worst and being watchful for signs of danger

 →  Your heart is pounding or racing and shortness of breath
