There is “circular causality,”
an interpersonal dance
where I react to your reactions
which are a reaction to my reactions
which are a reaction to your reaction…
There is no blame in this; just responsibility.
As soon as one partner changes his or her dance steps,
the dance changes and “shift happens.”
