How Meditation Helps You Access Your Romantic Self

Here’s what Todd says about romance:  It is about both giving and receiving romance.  He defines romance as an uplifting of life’s energy.  In a sense, whenever you are uplifting your own energy or another’s, it is romantic.  

Romance requires slowing down and not being distracted by a fast pace of life or a busy mind.  It asks for you to become appreciative and grateful.  Most of all, it asks for you to go deeper to see what you may have missed before at the surface of life.
