This weekend is all about the word COMMITMENT.
It is the end of January and some New Year’s Resolutions have already faded and hopefully some haven’t.
But forget about New Year’s Resolutions.
What do YOU need to commit to that will increase the quality of your life? And I mean a firm, long lasting (if not forever) kind of commitment.
Do you need to start a spiritual process such as meditation or yoga?
Or how about committing to an exercise regime that you can stick to?
Or committing to spend more time with your partner, hopefully at least 10 or more quality minutes a day?
Whatever that commitment is that you need to make, decide it. You CAN make your life better and you know it.
Don’t let fear or laziness get in your way.
