It is easy and efficient. Sessions could even be recorded if you wish. This process enables me to do almost everything that you can do face to face.
Yes because we are able to meet virtually face to face, so the session is really no different than in an office setting. I am able to view your face, your posture and all of your non verbal cues so I am able to be tuned into what you are experiencing during our session.
Yes I have a virtual waiting room where I am able to control who is able to attend the private session. We use zoom which is one of the handful of HIPAA compliant platforms around. They have also increased their security measures which also protects your privacy.
Yes this is available upon request. Accessing your recorded session is one of the biggest benefits of working with me virtually as you are able to go back and review and learn more from your virtual session with me.
