As this post goes to press we’re in an upheaval with the coronavirus and being in lockdown. Cases of domestic violence and interpersonal conflict are reported as being at an all time high around the world.

However, both domestic violence and interpersonal conflict can and do arise in relationships at anytime. Many of us are stuck at home and in tight quarters as families and as couples in a very stressful time both of which can cause an increase of domestic violence and interpersonal conflict.

What can we do to help ourselves and those around us?
