After a Toxic Relationship: Making Room for Love

You’ve finally let go of the toxic relationship…

He or she has gotten the clear message that the relationship is over.  You have learned that you deserve better!  Now it is time to play with your unconscious “script” or expectations.  You need to stretch outside your comfort zone and be open up for more love coming in.

My suggestion: Practice softening your belly muscles and opening your heart muscle (attend to those bodily areas and allow for the softening and the opening).

See and FEEL yourself as a receiver as well as a giver of live and love.

Then follow this internal exercise up with writing down exactly what you want in your next relationship.  Make sure that in that list is a person who can handle your true self along with your strengths, weaknesses and whole range of emotions.  You want an adult, not a child; you want a person who can allow you to be all that you are.

You are willing to lose a relationship at any time and refuse to compromise what you want and your integrity.

Make this a promise to yourself.

This process of allowing and opening up for good things to happen along with setting boundaries (saying no to what you do not want and yes to what you do want) will definitely catapult you on the way to making room for love!

Here’s to getting the love you want!
