There are patterns of behavior I see in couples that thrive and have a consistent great energy between them and here are five of them:

  1. They stop and slow down together every day even if it is for 10 minutes and create that feeling of closeness.
  2. They plan dates and look forward to spending alone time together.
  3. They spend quality time away from each other whether it is with their own friends or activities they enjoy.
  4. They expose their flaws to each other and have NO secrets!  They know that it is safe to be themselves with each other.
  5. They have a loving, playful and consistent sex life.
